CodePRep Teams, a continuous performance improvement training program A CodePRep Team member is a healthcare professional with training in resuscitation response through the CodePRep program. Their role is to serve as skilled and confident responders during code blue events and as a leader in resuscitation efforts, particularly in their assigned unit or area of expertise. They are also responsible for promoting a culture of preparedness and confidence among their colleagues, encouraging participation in ongoing training and continuous performance improvement. Additionally, they may serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals who require guidance or support in resuscitation situations.
