CodePRep Coach

A CodePRep CPR coach provides individualized coaching to healthcare professionals and nurses on the most effective techniques and practices in Basic, Advanced, and Pediatric resuscitation response. They work with bedside teams to develop and enhance their skills in performing CPR and responding to code blue situations, using a combination of in-person and virtual training sessions. The coach also provides ongoing assessments, feedback, and guidance to ensure continuous performance improvement and confidence among the team. Ultimately, the CodePRep CPR coach is critical in improving patient outcomes and saving lives.
